Wonderful yoga workout teacher that Kara & I exercise to every morning ^^ Juliana is a great teacher with a calm & encouraging tone, and they film most of their videos from epically beautiful exotic locations. Their 20-minute videos are the perfect amount of yoga to squeeze in in the mornings, and they set you up for a great day being your best you. 🙂 Hopefully we’ll have them on the Utopian Cartography podcast someday!
